The Hemodialysis Care Tech is responsible for performing all aspects of hemodialysis treatment, including preparation of concentrates and monitoring of water system; implementing care for patients as assigned by the Supervisor/Charge Nurse; initiate, monitor, and terminate the treatments per unit policy, under the supervision of licensed personnel; ensure all dialysis functions are effectively carried out; while maintaining patient care and safety.  Learns and understands the principles of dialysis, and the process of dialysis treatment.  This IS a Safety Sensitive Position.

NO Dialysis experience needed, will train on site.
