What better way to scope out the future employee market than by attending a health career fair.   On March 14, 2023, Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center did just that, along with many other employers across the state. 

The Dialysis Center was well represented with several staff members attending and sharing their knowledge about the dialysis process with UAFS medical students.  One lucky student won a stethoscope, while several others will get to enjoy their Whataburger gift cards.

Like most employers, the Dialysis Center is challenged to hire and retain medical staff.  In today’s labor market,  it’s not enough to pay competitive wages and offer good benefits; employers have to go beyond the status quo to meet employee expectations.  You have to offer “A Great Place to Work”, you will find that at FSRDC.
