The Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center was represented by a couple of staff members attending and sharing their knowledge about the dialysis process with University of Central Arkansas (UCA) health career students. 

Like most employers, the Dialysis Center is challenged to hire and retain medical staff.  This Career Fair we focused on hiring Dietitians.  In today’s labor market, it’s not enough to pay competitive wages and offer good benefits; employers must go beyond the status quo to meet employee expectations.
