Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center team members showcased dialysis equipment, educational
materials, and career opportunities during the River Valley Career Launch event.

Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center proudly participated in the River Valley Career Launch event held
on March 10, 2026, at the Peak Innovation Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This regional event brought
together high school seniors from across the area to explore career opportunities, connect with
professionals, and take meaningful steps toward entering the workforce.

During the event, our team had the opportunity to speak with dozens of students about the field of
dialysis and the vital role it plays in patient care. Students learned how dialysis works, what a typical
day looks like in a dialysis clinic, and the various career paths available within our organization.

High school seniors from across the River Valley connect with Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center
representatives to learn about careers in dialysis care.

We highlighted key roles such as Patient Care Technicians and Registered Nurses, explaining the
responsibilities, training, and growth opportunities associated with each position. Our goal was to
provide students with a clear understanding of how they can build rewarding careers while making a
meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

The engagement and enthusiasm shown by the students were truly inspiring. Events like the River
Valley Career Launch allow us to invest in the future workforce while strengthening our connection with
